Living with Polio Part II

There is this saying and I quote "The only thing about a man that is a man is his mind, everything else you can find in a pig" The mind is the key to every human success, just an idea can change your life forever, either in a good way or the other way round. And the greatest fact is that, ideas are free. Like madiba would say "it always seems impossible, until is done" okay that aside.

MUST READ ON HOW TO DEAL WITH SHYNESS AND LONELINESS.

Making Friends Even if You Feel Shy or Socially Awkward

MUST READ ON HOW TO DEAL WITH BULLYING IN KIDS AND TEENS

Unless you've directly experienced bullying, you may not realize just how devastating it can be, especially to a child or teenager. As well as being deeply hurtful, bullying can leave anyone feeling frightened, angry, depressed, and totally undermined. But bullying should never be tolerated. TIPS TO LEADING A HAPPY AND JOYFUL LIFE

We all want to be happy. The right to pursue happiness is even written into our country’s bill of rights. But how does one do that? Is it even possible to become a happier person? And if so, what’s the best way to go about it? Researchers in the field of positive psychology have been studying these questions and the answers are encouraging. Turns out you can genuinely increase your happiness and overall satisfaction with life—and it doesn’t require a winning lottery ticket or some other drastic change of circumstances. What it takes is an inner change of perspective and attitude. And that’s truly good news, because it’s something that anyone can do.

LEARNING DISABILITIES IN KIDS

By better understanding your child's learning disabilities, you can help him or her succeed in school and in life.
Learning disabilities affect how a child understands, processes, and responds to new information. Not only do they interfere with school and learning, but they can also contribute to emotional problems. However, having a learning disability doesn't mean that your child can't do well in life.
In order to help your child, it's important to understand the signs and symptoms of a learning disability, identify your child's strengths and weaknesses, and promote self-confidence.
